Your Role
We are looking for a Mechanical CAE/FEM/FEA Analyst to join our R&D Team at Technogym HQ (Italy – Cesena). To perform the role, you should have a strong background in numerical simulations, material mechanical properties, mechanical design and experimental acquisitions.
In This Role You Will Be In Charge Of

Supporting design teams in ensuring the reliability of products/functional groups/components along their lifecycle on the field;
Supporting design teams in ensuring the expected Vibroacoustic behaviour of products/functional groups/components;

Your Impact

Conduct static structural analysis of metal frames, machine components, light alloy parts, and polymeric material components to verify compliance with strength and stiffness requirements
Perform fatigue structural analysis aimed at evaluating the impact of alternative engineering solutions on the long-term structural performance of components, with reference to their behavior under cyclic loading throughout the product lifecycle
Conduct modal analysis aimed at modeling and predicting the dynamic behavior of structures subjected to vibrations, with the objective of optimizing the vibroacoustic comfort of the products
Execute experimental analyses in collaboration with the NVH and Experimental Departments for the validation of digital twin models
Propose design modifications to address identified failures or structural weaknesses, in order to meet the required standards of safety, performance, and effectiveness (activities are carried out in close collaboration with the Mechanical Design, NVH, and Experimental departments)
Deep collaboration with Mechanical Engineering and NVH analyst
Manage and supervise numerical simulation tasks performed by external partners, ensuring alignment with internal engineering standards and project objectives Support to Failure Mode and Effects Analysis
Be responsible over test reports and summary tables/documents editing, test comparison
Contribute to the development and refinement of internal engineering design standards
Perform multibody analysis to predict the dynamic behavior of complex mechanical systems composed of multiple rigid or flexible bodies connected through constraints and joints, aimed at supporting design decisions and performance optimization
