For more information on Hill, please visit our website at www.hillintl.comKey ResponsibilitiesManage and oversee mechanical and machinery projects in the MENA and Europe regionsDevelop project plans, schedules, and budgets in collaboration with clients and other team membersConduct site visits and inspections to ensure compliance with project specifications and safety standardsMonitor project progress and provide regular updates to clients and senior managementCoordinate with contractors and suppliers to ensure timely delivery of materials and equipmentReview and approve design plans, specifications, and drawingsConduct quality control checks to ensure that work meets project requirementsProvide technical support and guidance to junior engineers and project team membersIdentify and resolve any project issues or delays in a timely mannerEnsure compliance with all relevant regulations and codesParticipate in project meetings and provide input on technical mattersPrepare project reports and presentations for clients and senior managementStay updated on industry developments and advancements in mechanical and machinery engineering.QualificationsBachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related fieldMinimum of 10 +years of experience in mechanical and machinery engineering, preferably in the MENA and Europe regionsCandidates must have a minimum of 5 years hands-on experience in offshore projects.Strong knowledge of mechanical and machinery systems, equipment, and materialsExperience in project management and construction managementExcellent communication and interpersonal skillsAbility to work independently and in a team environmentStrong problem-solving and decision-making skillsProficient in project management software and MS OfficeFluency in English, both written and spoken.
