For this important reality we are looking for a motivated Sub assembly Mechanic. In this role you will be responsible for Mechanical Sub. Assemblies first preparation, and service and for following their validation test phases. You will be involved in car assembly activities to prepare the cars or parts of them for track and off-track events.

What matters for this role :
Automotive experience as mechanic, ideally in motorsport.
Ability to read technical drawings and assembly drawings.
Computer literate.
Ability to modulate their own work rhythm to rapidly changing situation and targets.
Ability to scope all tasks thoroughly.
Deliver timely information and reporting (delivering to deadlines set on the job list and keeping on top of communication).
Initiative and Innovation.
Team player attitude with ability to work with the team, external suppliers, and colleagues.
Italian language is a must, English is highly recommended.

Accountabilities :
To work on assemblies returned from the track following service schedule : unboxing, cleaning, servicing, and preparing them for the next shipment
Ensure that factory procedures (build, strip, service, boxing, handling procedures) are always followed and respected
To get involved in each phase of a Test Team projects from parts collection (from procurement and Quality Dpt.), assembly and sensoring (with Electronic Dpt.)
Communicate effectively with external groups
Work with test and race team as part of a mechanics crew closely with the teams Chief Mechanic and Engineering staff
Execute the day-to-day tasks, providing feedback to their direct Manager
To maintain and develop good relationships with Colleagues & Other Departments
Provide flexible attendance and attitude to work, both in line with the requirements of the role and any specific requirements of the projects
Always work in a professional manner regardless of the task set and be pro-active in promoting a positive image for the department / team / sponsors
