Join the Amcor team as a MDO Process Specialist in Venturina, Italy. Amcor transforms the packaging industry by delivering responsible solutions that benefit customers, people and the planet.
Principal Accountabilities

Lead the start-up and industrialization of a brand-new MDO production line for CPP-films
Work closely with production, QC and R&D to industrialize new products
Ensure process stability, output, quality and efficiency
Act as a problem solver, implementing best practices
Provide technical leadership and knowledge transfer to team leaders and operators on the shopfloor

Qualifications / Requirements

Master’s degree in Engineering (Chemistry or related technical field) or equivalent by experience
5+ years of proven experience on MDO lines or BOPP lines, ideally gained in the film industry
Strong operational mindset: passionate about working hands‑on with the machines
Solid knowledge of polypropylene polymers and PP‑film processes (extrusion, stretching, film properties)
Experience in process troubleshooting and upscaling
Fluent in Italian and English (written and spoken)
Strong team player and communicator, able to connect with R&D and production
