Our team is responsible for assembling high-quality, innovative products.Partner with the bestAs a Materials Planning and Execution Specialist, you will coordinate and expedite the flow of work and materials between departments according to production schedules. You will collaborate with production, purchasing, and planning to monitor progress and ensure timely execution of schedules.Responsibilities include:Collaborating with planners and manufacturing lines to identify critical issues and recovery plansLeading short-term planning activities for internal production linesCoordinating farm-out activities with external suppliers and resolving bottlenecksMonitoring performance metrics and reportingManaging purchase orders, delivery schedules, and material movementsPerforming data analysis to support material supply decisionsPlanning schedules and controlling inventory for assigned productsMaintaining accurate records and complying with company policiesQualifications:Bachelor's or Master's degree in a relevant field or equivalent experienceAbility to work in cross-functional, global environmentsIndependent work skills and process improvement capabilitiesProficiency in MS Office and ERP systemsFluent in Italian (oral and written)Desired Characteristics:Strong interpersonal and leadership skillsAttention to detailGood communication skills in EnglishMechanical mindset with analytical skillsKnowledge of lean tools and quality training is a plusWork FlexibilityWe offer flexible working patterns to support work-life balance, including flexible hours.About UsBaker Hughes is an energy technology company committed to innovation, safety, and sustainability.
