We are specialized in the design, production and maintenance of components and systems for both the civil and military aviation.ResponsibilitiesThe Material Planner will be the Customer point of contact. You will coordinate and expedite the flow of parts according to Customer needs to ensure Customer satisfaction.Meet customers as required on a formal and informal basis to understand and define their requirementTransfer customer’s priorities to the shopOversee the processes between customer requirements and the company deliveries to ensure OTD target is metWork together with Program Manager on Customers induction forecastCommunicate induction plan to the shopAnalyze performance gap with Problem solving approachProvide status reports as required and recovery planManage work stoppage and excusable delay with Program managerCheck with customers output performance and satisfaction level on monthly basisWork cross-functional to provide all the information need to the customer and meet the requirementsHave daily contact with all shop levelsProvide monthly KPI analysisQualificationsMaster's Degree in Engineering from an accredited university or college (Mechanical, Aerospace, Industrial degree is preferred)Good proficiency with SAP and OfficeTeam workerGood oral and written communication and presenting skillsFluent Italian and English both oral and writtenWork Visa, in accordance with local regulation, is requiredDesired CharacteristicsStrong oral and written communication - must be able to deliver clear and concise messagesDemonstrated ability to analyze and resolve problemsProven analytical and organizational abilityAbility to effectively manage competing priorities and resolve challenges simultaneouslyLean / Continuous Improvement mindsetHumble: respectful, receptive, agile, eager to learnFocused: quick learner, strategically prioritizes work, committedWhat we offerSmart working and work life-balanceAvio Aero, when possible, promotes remote work and encourages a good, healthy and satisfying work-life balance.
