Responsibilities

Plan purchases based on reference contracts and the forecast of customer demand;
Follow the purchase order in every phase, ensuring timely fulfillment, commercial conditions, and qualitative compliance;
Handle supplier claims and returns directly;
Manage goods receipt, verify inventory accuracy, ensure proper rotation, and handle anomalies;
Centralized management of group master data (creation and maintenance).

Qualifications

Membership of protected categories (L 68/99);
High school diploma with technical training, preferably ITS;
At least 2 years of experience in the role;
Proactive and teamwork‑oriented;
Orientation toward problem solving and effective management of diverse situations;
Native Italian language skills; knowledge of English will be considered a plus;
Good knowledge and use of the Office suite.
