What the job looks like

Processing & Analysis of the forecasts received from the customers;
Managing and planning of coded materials supplies;
Defining the delivery time of materials required for the execution of the Production plan;
Issuing Purchase Orders in accordance with MRP needs and monitoring of POs status;
Management of material reminder to suppliers, call off management;
Master Data maintenance and specifically of planning data (Lead time, MOQ, safety stock, safety lead time, reorder point, BOM, PV and Recipes);
Sharing rolling forecasts of purchasing requirements to suppliers
Implementing and updating KPIs to monitor supplier performance, inventory level and obsolescence risks; take corrective actions to mitigate destruction risks.

What you’ll bring to the table
To make the most of this role and truly thrive, you should have:

Bachelor's degree in Management Engineering or Business Administration;
at least
Excellent command of the written and spoken English language;
Good knowledge of major computer tools (Office package: Word, Excel, PPT)
Relational skills and aptitude for working in cross-functional teams
Result orientation and proactivity
Aptitude for team-work
