This Position reports to:
Planning & Fulfillment Manager
Responsibilities

End-to-end planning of inventory, including Sales in Excess of invoicing from purchase requisition to customer invoice.
Support internal customer service inquiries on a daily basis.
Define inventory parameters and targets and ensure adequate replenishment of inventory through purchase orders.
Define inventory policies based on specified segmentation.
Calculate and maintain inventory parameters, including safety stock, reorder point, lot size, lead time, and replenishment strategies, in planning systems and ERPs.
Coordinate material planning with call-offs to ensure that purchase requisitions are converted into purchase orders in collaboration with operations buyers and services.
Collaborate with buyers to achieve supplier performance in terms of on-time delivery, Minimum Order Quantity, quality, lead time, and flexibility.

Qualifications

Commitment to delivering results by taking responsibility to execute assigned tasks and projects.
Enhanced knowledge of classic ERP software, Power BI, and Office 365.
Passion for bringing in value-added ideas and continuously innovating daily job and solutions.
Degree in Industrial Engineering and Management.
Fluent communication in Italian and English.
