Provide an estimate of time needed for additional repairsExecutes repairs under warranty to manufacturer specificationsQualificationsKIA/HYUNDAI CERTIFIED2 years of technical experienceMust hold a high school diploma or equivalentExcellent customer service skillsBasic Computer skillsPositive, friendly attitude, along with a customer service mentalityEnjoy working in a fast paced environmentExcellent oral and written communication skillsTeam playerMust have a valid driver’s licenseMath, reading, and computer skillsAbility to learn new technology, repair and service procedures and specificationsAble to operate electronic diagnostic equipment
