BU HOM Service Business DevelopmentHere in GEA Mechanical Equipment Italy, as the headquarters of the Business Unit Homogenizer in the Division Separation and Flow Technologies of GEA, we are looking for a motivated candidate as part of the growing Service Business Development team. Service is gaining importance year after year, and the Service organization is continuously evolving to ensure the best customer experience. To maintain market leadership and a strong competitive position, GEA Service is undergoing a transformation towards a relationship-based service model. The Service Business Development office plays a key role in expanding our service portfolio, including machine remote control and new business models, to achieve best-in-class service support. We seek open-minded and engaged individuals eager to lead this evolution, contribute ideas, and dedicate themselves to the environment. The main work location is Parma, with a requirement to travel globally as needed.ResponsibilitiesEnsure deployment of Service Products across the global Service organization.Provide guidelines, sales & marketing materials, and procedures to local Service teams.Manage the Service Products Portfolio.Develop the BU HOM Service Portfolio to align with customer demands, fostering effective growth for GEA.Contribute to the development of the GEA SFT Service Strategy and related products.Support the continuous development of digital service products and business models.Collaborate with other GEA Divisions and external parties to support GEA initiatives.Manage Service digital & green products for the Business Unit Equipment.Establish effective product ideation and business plans for new Service Products.CommunicationCoordinate regularly with internal departments and GEA country organizations.Coordinate with Service Management levels within the BU and Division.Create and maintain communication channels for Service Product launches.Your Profile / QualificationsStudies in industrial engineering, mechanical engineering, computer science, or equivalent qualifications.Ability to read and interpret technical drawings, manuals, and spare parts documentation.Deep knowledge of Homogenizer-related products and markets; experience with other GEA equipment is a plus.Ability to independently lead initiatives and projects, motivating team members.Customer-oriented mindset.Knowledge of SAP is advantageous.Willingness to travel internationally approximately 20-30% of the time.Help Desk experience is preferred.Vibrations analysis certification is a plus.J-18808-Ljbffr
