Your Tasks
You will support the team in:
Conducting market analysis of the relevant categories (Deodorants, Bath & Shower, and NIVEA MEN) and identifying distinct consumer groups and potential buyers
Defining consumer profiles and recommending tailored product offerings and positioning for selected target segments
Supporting the local adaptation of product artworks
Identifying and articulating the distinctive benefits of the product portfolio
Executing marketing strategies across product offering, positioning, communication, and promotional activities, in cooperation with other departments
Your Profile
University student in Marketing, Economics, or related fields
Fluent in English (spoken and written)
Good analytical skills and strong command of Excel
Open-minded, proactive, and curious
Strong team player with good communication and problem-solving skills
Flexible, well-organized, and comfortable working in a dynamic environment
Availability for office in Milan (min. 3 days a week in office + 2 days home office)
