About the roleAladia is an all-in-one learning platform where creators and organizations can build, sell, and deliver high-quality courses and training to learners worldwide. We empower educators and professionals to monetize expertise, build communities, and scale impact across borders.We’re looking for a data-driven, sales-focused marketer to own performance channels and drive measurable user acquisition and conversion. Your core mandate is to grow revenue through paid and organic channels, directly impacting our bottom line while building scalable marketing systems.What You’ll DoYou will own and execute marketing that drives sales:Creator acquisition & conversion – attract and onboard instructors who generate revenueLearner acquisition & monetization – run campaigns that turn prospects into paying usersPerformance marketing – manage and optimize paid channels with clear ROAS accountabilityFunnel optimization – improve conversion rates across the user journeyGlobal growth execution – launch and localize campaigns in priority marketsKey ResponsibilitiesDevelop, execute, and scale performance marketing campaigns focused on conversion and ROIManage end-to-end campaign lifecycle from planning, creative briefing, launch, optimization, and reportingCraft and A/B test conversion-focused messaging for creators and learnersAnalyze campaign performance, track KPIs (CAC, ROAS, LTV, conversion rates), and turn insights into actionOwn budget allocation and optimization across channels to maximize sales efficiencyCollaborate with product, partnerships, and community teams to align growth effortsContinuously test and optimize user acquisition funnels and landing experiencesWho You AreYou are results-obsessed and judge success by metrics that tie to revenueYou balance strategic thinking with hands-on execution – you can plan a quarterly roadmap and also build the adsYou write and communicate with clarity, focusing on value propositions that drive actionYou are proactive, autonomous, and thrive in fast-moving, early-stage environmentsYou think globally but execute locally, understanding that scaling requires localization, not just translationMust-Have Requirements3+ years in performance marketing, growth, or digital marketing with direct revenue accountabilityHands-on experience running paid social and/or search campaigns (Meta, Google, TikTok, etc.) with clear ROAS or conversion targetsProven ability to manage end-to-end campaigns and articulate the what, why, and measurable outcomeStrong analytical skills – comfortable with data, dashboards, and basing decisions on performance metricsExperience defining and tracking sales-focused KPIs (CAC, conversion rate, ROAS, etc.)Excellent written communication skills and ability to adapt messaging for different audiences and funnel stagesNice-to-HaveExperience with marketplace or platform-based products (two-sided ecosystems)Exposure to the creator economy, education tech, or SaaSMulti-market or multi-language campaign experienceSkills in SEO, email/lifecycle marketing, or content marketingFamiliarity with startup/scale-up environments where you’ve built processes from scratchWhat We OfferHigh ownership and direct impact on revenue in a fast-growing global productCompetitive salary and performance-based incentivesGlobal remote-first team with flexibilityOpportunity to shape acquisition strategy and build scalable growth enginesA culture that values autonomy, outcomes, and measurable resultsNotice: This is a remote position based in Italy.
