Engelberg is a premium (luxury) window and door brand, operating as a daughter company of AKFA Group. AKFA Group, one of the largest industrial holdings in the country, is strengthening its marketing team and seeking a Marketing Specialist who can combine creativity with data-driven decision-making.
Location & Relocation
Work offline in Tashkent and we will cover all relocation costs.
Responsibilities

Run online/offline marketing campaigns.
Analyze market trends and competitors.
Drive lead generation and improve funnel performance.
Support SMM, brand promotion, and content creation.
Manage performance ads and marketing analytics.
Track KPIs and optimize campaigns for ROI.

Requirements

2+ years of experience in marketing (preferably in the production of premium windows and doors).
Strong digital & performance marketing skills.
Google Analytics, CRM, Meta Ads Manager.
Creative mindset + strong analytical thinking.
Fluent English.
Marketing/Business degree.
