How you’ll contribute
We are seeking a Marketing Operations Analyst to support our business growth by optimizing lead management processes and improving marketing‑to‑sales conversion efficiency.
The ideal candidate will play a key role in ensuring the accurate tracking and handling of marketing-generated leads, facilitating alignment between Marketing and Sales teams, and contributing to the continuous improvement of conversion rates throughout the funnel.
Key Responsibilities
Monitor and ensure the accurate qualification, assignment, and follow-up of leads across all funnel stages.
Analyze marketing and sales performance data to identify trends, bottlenecks, and optimization opportunities.
Collaborate closely with the Sales team to ensure timely follow-up on leads and effective management of longer sales cycles.
Develop and maintain reports and dashboards tracking key performance indicators (lead generation, MQL, SQL, conversion rates, pipeline velocity, etc.).
Design and optimize lead management workflows and operational processes to enhance efficiency and data accuracy.
Manage and continuously improve CRM and marketing automation systems, ensuring data integrity and alignment across teams.
We are looking for
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Economics, Business Administration or a related field.
2–3 years of experience in Marketing Operations, Business Analysis, or a similar analytical role.
Strong understanding of marketing performance and conversion metrics (CPL, CAC, MQL→SQL, ROI, conversion rate, etc.).
Hands‑on experience with HubSpot or Salesforce
Strong analytical mindset with excellent attention to detail.
Ability to work collaboratively in cross‑functional environments.
Fluency in English (written and spoken).
