Capital.com is seeking an experienced Marketing Manager to lead all marketing activities in Italy. You will own the local marketing strategy and execution — from brand and performance marketing to affiliate management — ensuring strong growth and market presence across all channels.

Responsibilities

Develop and execute the full marketing strategy for Italy, aligned with company objectives
Manage brand campaigns, digital performance activities, and affiliate partnerships to drive acquisition and retention

Monitor and report on campaign performance, providing insights and recommendations to improve ROI
