Marketing Manager F3RS, Amazon Fresh Grocery SupportWe're seeking a talented Marketing Manager to join our F3RS team. You'll help drive marketing initiatives that enhance customer experience. As a Marketing Manager, you'll execute marketing strategies that bridge the gap between our US stakeholders and Amazon Fresh customers, ensuring seamless experiences across multiple touchpoints. You'll have the opportunity to work on diverse projects that impact both digital and physical retail spaces, ensuring seamless experiences across multiple touchpoints. This role offers the chance to influence how millions of customers discover and engage with Fresh products and services. You'll be part of a dynamic team that values innovation, customer obsession, and operational excellence.Key ResponsibilitiesExecute straightforward marketing initiatives to achieve shared goals supporting customer attraction, engagement, and retention for FRESH offeringsManage cross-channel marketing tactics and measurement aligned with team goalsDevelop and implement marketing campaigns that enhance the visibility and success of our grocery businessMonitor and analyze performance metrics for marketing initiatives, providing recommendations for improvementCollaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment on marketing objectives and executionCreate clear, concise documentation for initiative performance and status reportingSupport the development and optimization of marketing materials and communicationsBasic QualificationsBachelor's degree or equivalent experience3+ years of relevant marketing experienceStrong analytical skills with proficiency in data analysis and reportingExperience with marketing campaign execution and measurementExcellence in written and verbal communicationPreferred QualificationsFamiliarity with grocery retail or food categoriesExperience with marketing automation tools and content management systemsTrack record of successful cross-functional collaborationBasic Qualifications2+ years of professional non-internship marketing experienceExperience with Excel or Tableau (data manipulation, macros, charts and pivot tables)Experience using data and metrics to measure impact and determine improvementsExperience with onsite marketing, lifecycle marketing and digital advertisingPreferred QualificationsKnowledge of HTML, XML, and ExcelOur inclusive culture empowers Amazonians to deliver the best results for our customers.
