Responsibilities include managing the day-to-day execution of the EMEA Segment Strategy, coordinating NPI launch plans, and rationalization projects. You will develop strategic marketing plans in collaboration with country management teams to align with global priorities and EMEA KPIs, working closely with the Marketing Lead. The role also involves mentoring less experienced sales team members and managing stretch projects.How You'll Create ImpactContribute to the development of the EMEA Segment Strategy.Lead the commercialization of Zimmer Biomet's Segment portfolio in the EMEA market.Support Product Managers and the Commercial team with product expertise, including training and key account support.Design promotional and communication strategies with marketing partners for core EMEA brands.Collaborate with the Zimmer Biomet Institute to establish medical education programs for surgical professionals.Create training programs for internal staff in partnership with the Zimmer Biomet Sales Academy.Coordinate NPI plans and liaise with demand planning to ensure accurate forecasts.Identify expert surgeons for corporate activities.Plan marketing initiatives based on competitor activities to enhance focus brands' attractiveness.Coach and support sales and marketing teams across the region to execute the EMEA strategy and achieve revenue targets.Support new product launches and introductions in markets.Align efforts across EMEA segments to promote cross-selling opportunities.Mentor and train less experienced team members, promoting best practices across the region.What Makes You Stand OutProfound technical knowledge of the Segment.Experience in developing and implementing marketing strategies.Ability to leverage industry trends to enhance Zimmer Biomet’s footprint in EMEA.Strong skills in launching and promoting new products.Critical thinking and strategic skills to execute deliverables and identify upselling opportunities.Proactive attitude and quick responsiveness to new opportunities.Ability to build credibility with all organizational levels and hospital personnel.Fast learner, capable of working independently and managing complex projects.Strong communication and presentation skills.Experience working with diverse, cross-regional teams.Your BackgroundUniversity degree, preferably a bachelor’s.At least 6 years of experience in healthcare consulting, ideally within the Medical Device industry.Experience in selling and implementing strategies on a national/international level within healthcare.Proven ability to mentor others and influence stakeholders.Fluent in English; knowledge of Italian, French, or Spanish is a plus.Travel ExpectationsTravel requirement of 40-50%.EOE / M / F / Vet / Disability
