Seares will be one of the main partners in the ports and marinas digital transition, in the offshore mooring industry and in the Yacht and Superyacht mooring.Position SummaryWe are seeking an experienced Marketing Manager to join our team and lead the development, execution and optimization of Seares’s marketing strategies. This role will report to the Head of Commercial and work cross-functionally to increase brand awareness, drive lead generation and support sales growth across key markets.Key ResponsibilitiesDevelop and implement integrated marketing plans across digital, print and events to achieve business objectives.Manage Seares’s brand positioning, messaging and visual identity to ensure consistency across all channels.Oversee content creation (website, social media, blogs, white papers, case studies) and coordinate with agencies or freelancers as needed.Plan and execute trade shows, webinars and industry events, including pre- and post-event campaigns.Analyze market trends, customer insights and competitive activity to identify growth opportunities.Track and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) and ROI for all marketing initiatives, using data to refine strategies.Collaborate closely with Sales, Product Management and Customer Support to align marketing efforts with commercial goals.Manage the marketing budget, ensuring efficient allocation of resources and timely vendor payments.Required QualificationsBachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration or related field.5+ years of marketing experience, with at least 2 years in a management role.Proven track record in B2B marketing, preferably within Nautical and Maritime sectors.Strong analytical skills and proficiency with marketing analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, CRM platforms).Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English; additional languages a plus.Demonstrated ability to lead projects and collaborate across multifunctional teams.Preferred SkillsFamiliarity with marketing automation platforms (e.g., HubSpot, Marketo).Experience managing SEO, SEM, PPC and social media campaigns.Graphic design basics (Adobe Creative Suite) or ability to brief designers effectively.Knowledge of event marketing and trade-show management.Strategic mindset with a creative approach to problem-solving.What We OfferCompetitive salary and performance-based bonus structure.Comprehensive benefits package, including health insurance and retirement plan.Flexible work arrangements and professional development opportunities.An inclusive, collaborative culture that values innovation and continuous learning.The chance to make a tangible impact on a growing global brand.How to ApplyPlease send your resume, cover letter and portfolio (if available) toinfo@seares.itwith the subject line “Marketing Manager Application – [Your Name]”.
