Join us as we continue to transform the packaging industry with innovative solutions!Marketing Manager - Associate Job DescriptionAt Packly, marketing involves understanding people and building awareness of how our products and services meet their needs.Objectives of this roleCollect and analyze data, measure progress against goals, and extract key insights.Conduct market research to identify customer segments and preferences.Lead the execution of marketing programs from start to finish, leveraging internal support and fostering collaboration.Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders, such as sales teams and agencies.Work with the local team to perform daily duties.ResponsibilitiesSupport the Marketing Manager in defining strategies and implementing multichannel advertising campaigns across relevant platforms.Evaluate digital marketing campaign performances against metrics and KPIs.Partner with sales and customer care teams to gather insights, shape outreach strategies, increase conversions, and generate qualified leads.Manage cross-functional collaborations, aligning marketing efforts with overall business goals.Support the Marketing Manager in leading and inspiring the marketing team.Required skills and qualificationsMaster’s degree in marketing, business, or related field.Minimum of 3 years experience in digital marketing.Proven success in developing and executing digital marketing strategies and campaigns.Experience with advertising platforms (Meta Ads, Google Ads, TikTok Ads, LinkedIn Ads).Proficiency with digital analytics tools (GA4, Google Tag Manager, Hotjar, etc.).Experience with marketing automation and CRM tools (Mailchimp, ActiveCampaign, Klaviyo, Brevo, Mailjet, etc.).Strong project management and multitasking skills.Data-driven decision-making mindset.Creativity and excellent communication skills.Fluency in Italian and English.Preferred skills and qualificationsExperience leading a team.Digital marketing certifications.Passion for growth hacking approaches.Experience in offline marketing.Knowledge of graphic design tools (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, Premiere Pro, Canva, etc.).Nice to haveEstablished contacts in media.Experience in offline marketing.
