This position will support the marketing department with digital activities, campaign management, and event organization, helping to strengthen the brand's image and customer relationships.Key ResponsibilitiesOperational management of digital channels (social media, newsletter, website).Support in planning and monitoring online advertising campaigns (Google Ads, Meta Ads).Updating and managing e-commerce on Shopify and CRM on Salesforce.Market and competitor analysis, KPI monitoring, and report preparation.Support in organizing events, in-store activities, and partnerships with international brands.Creation of content and marketing materials in line with Fasoli's values and image.Coordination with external agencies and suppliers.RequirementsDegree in Marketing, Communications, Digital Media, Economics, or similar.Languages : Native Italian, fluent English (C1 or higher), German preferred.Availability to travel between boutiques (Brescia, Verona, Venice, Innsbruck).Preferably with own car.Knowledge of Salesforce and Shopify.Google Ads / AdWords certification preferred.Organizational skills, creativity, precision, and a strong passion for the world of luxury.What we offerPermanent contract with a 3-month probationary period.Position in the Commerce and Services sector.Continuous training and real growth prospects within a historic and international company.Dynamic, family-friendly, and prestigious work environment, working with leading jewelry and watch brands.Opportunity to participate in exclusive events and high-profile communications projects.WorkplaceThe position is based in Brescia, with periodic travel to boutiques in Verona, Venice, and Innsbruck.
