This is just the beginning .The roleThe roleWe are looking for a Marketing & Partnership Manager to lead the marketing strategy for the development of new partnership channels.You will design, implement, and manage communication initiatives — from partnerships with system integrators and B2B partners to events and field activities — serving as the key marketing counterpart to channel owners, ensuring alignment and impact across all initiatives.What you’ll doReport directly to the Head of MarketingDefine marketing objectives for partnership channels, focusing on conversion and brand awarenessDesign the strategic roadmap for online and offline communication initiatives supporting the Sales TeamManage and coordinate :Physical events : conferences, roundtables, networking eventsOnline initiatives : webinars, digital workshopsPartner presence on Sibill’s digital propertiesCreation of tailored sales and informational materialsMarketing flows : email automation, post-event follow-ups, newslettersBuild and maintain relationships with key stakeholders and institutionsMonitor, analyze, and report on the performance of all initiativesCollaborate with the Content team to ensure effective messaging for each channelWhat you won’t doYou won’t spend hours building long presentations or attending endless meetings.You won’t need multiple layers of approvals to implement your ideas : at Sibill, execution is fast, and your impact is immediate and visible.Who you are3+ years of experience in marketing, preferably in partnerships, events, or channel marketing (B2B)Proven track record in multi-channel initiative executionStrong project management and organizational skillsExcellent written and verbal communication skills in English (Italian is a plus)Comfortable collaborating cross-functionally and with external partnersProactive , detail-oriented, and results-drivenAble to work independently in a fast-paced, startup environmentWillingness to travel occasionallyBonus points for experience in startups, tech, or fintechWhy join usOpportunity to shape the marketing strategy of a growing fintech startupDirect impact on the company’s growth and partnershipsCollaborative and ambitious team environmentCompetitive compensation and growth opportunitiesComp & BenefitsRAL : 40-50kLunch voucher (8€ / business day)Remote first, office presence will be required in specific occasionsWelfare budget to spend on a dedicated corporate benefit platformYou will work within a team of smart, hard-worker, passionate and nice human beings.
