The Role
The Marketing & Communications Officer plays a vital role in shaping and promoting the Savona brand, ensuring it is consistent, engaging, and impactful across all channels. You will help tell the Savona story in a way that resonates with customers, partners, and internal teams, strengthening our brand presence and supporting business growth.
In this hands‑on, creative role, you will manage communications, oversee company publications, and support marketing initiatives and events. Working closely with the Head of Marketing, you will bring ideas to life, maintain brand consistency, and help deliver communications that connect and inspire.
Availability from January through February is essential to support the annual exhibition.
Job Responsibilities
Manage and maintain the company’s social media channels, creating engaging content that reflects Savona’s brand identity
Plan and distribute email communications to customers, partners, and internal stakeholders
Monitor engagement and report on digital performance, using insights to optimise content
Attend company and industry events to capture live content for marketing campaigns and communications
Create core company collateral, including brochures, promotional materials, and supporting assets for sales and marketing initiatives
Manage company PR and news, including drafting press releases and liaising with media
Manage the company magazine and promotions booklet, including compiling advertisements and coordinating layout and production
Ensure all publications, communications, and marketing materials consistently reflect the company’s brand and messaging
Knowledge, Skills and Experience
Proven experience in marketing, communications, or brand‑focused roles
Strong content creation skills, including copywriting and visual content for digital and print
Experience managing social media channels and email communications, with an understanding of engagement metrics and reporting
Experience managing PR activities and company publications, including layout, production, and editorial coordination
Excellent organisational and project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple initiatives simultaneously
Strong attention to detail and commitment to delivering high‑quality, polished communications
Ability to work collaboratively across teams, with internal stakeholders and external partners
Proficiency with design and communication tools such as Canva, Adobe Creative Cloud, or similar
