Location: Bologna, Emilia-Romagna, Italy.
We are looking for a professional with experience in plant maintenance, seeking a responsible role in a dynamic environment.
Responsibilities

Predictive, preventive and corrective maintenance of electrical and mechanical plant (HVAC, water-sanitary, etc.) in the hospital structure.
Installation and commissioning of new equipment, ensuring compliance with current regulations.
Diagnosis and resolution of faults and malfunctions independently.
Reporting on technical interventions (via tablet).

Qualifications & Experience

Proven experience as maintenance technician.
Background preferably in industrial, complex or hospital contexts.
Strong problem‑solving and teamwork orientation.
Technical diploma or professional qualification (Electrical, Electronic, Thermal, or related).
Advanced technical skills and certifications on electrical/mechanical systems (HVAC).
Flexibility and availability for on‑call service and rotation.
Ability to drive the company van if necessary.
Initial fixed‑term contract in temporary employment for 6 months with possible direct placement.
Salary commensurate with experience (CCNL Metalmeccanica Artigianato).
Ongoing professional training and access to cutting‑edge technology.
