This role focuses on ensuring safety compliance, conducting preventative maintenance to high standards, and maximizing equipment availability through continuous improvement.Shift Pattern : This role involves non-traditional shifts, including nights and weekends.Key Responsibilities :Model and monitor health & safety best practices among team members.Demonstrate SME-level expertise in refrigeration equipment and building infrastructure through hands-on work.Support the line manager in daily operations.Ensure high equipment availability via troubleshooting and prioritization.Support continuous system improvements across the EU network.Develop and maintain effective relationships at all organizational levels.Understand and utilize OEE (Overall Equipment Effectiveness) and other performance metrics.Manage contractors and ensure compliance with Amazon policies.
