OverviewManufacturing/Method Engineer for Eurochiller, Specialista. We are looking for a Manufacturing Engineer to participate in implementing new manufacturing workflow methods with the aim of Lean best practices to improve workplace efficiency in the Production environment. The role focuses on applying Lean Thinking and Continuous Process Improvement to maximize value (what the customer is willing to pay) and minimize waste. You will initiate new projects, follow up existing ones, and collaborate with all teams to create an efficient and effective organization.ResponsibilitiesEstimate production times and define balancing and ideal production mix.Define production line layouts according to Lean Manufacturing concepts.Create, update, and follow up assembly work instructions.Train and support operators.Prepare and maintain records in accordance with regulations and company procedures.Work with the Engineering Team to identify and implement process improvements and best practices through 5S and lean principles.Act as a key link between operators and R&D engineers; support new product introductions and serve as a Production representative in PTMs (Project Team Meetings).Optimize material flow from warehouse to production.Report to the Production Manager and collaborate with Internal Logistics and Production Team to improve the production environment.QualificationsDegree in Industrial or Mechanical Engineering.2-3 years of relevant experience in a Lean-oriented manufacturing setting.Demonstrated skill and achievement in implementing Lean practices in manufacturing.Preferably Six Sigma certification with proven methodology application.Detail-oriented, hands-on, self-motivated, able to work under pressure.Energetic and able to collaborate with Internal Logistics and Production teams.Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel); experienced with AutoCAD; fluent in English.Ability to drive changes, maintain consistency between words and actions, raise issues to ensure appropriate action, and prioritize customer needs and expectations.Passion for sustainability and adherence to policies, agreements, and commitments.What you will deal withTreatment of production processes and alignment with Lean Manufacturing concepts.Assembly work instruction development and upkeep.Participation in Production Team Meetings and collaboration with R&D during new product introductions.Optimization of material arrival flows from warehouse to production.What you can expect from usYou will learn, develop professionally, and contribute to strategic decisions supporting Operational Excellence.
