The Financial Analyst position reports to the TESCM Operations Finance Lead and will be responsible for supporting Site Operations in executing the Business Unit strategies.DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES :Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly reports to ensure timely and accurate results.Analyze and present monthly budget/forecast to actual variance analysis by BU.Support the Site Operations lead in preparing and reviewing site-specific strategic deployment and transformation plans. Partner with the Site Operations lead to prepare weekly, monthly, quarterly forecasts, and the annual budget related to manufacturing functions.Prepare daily and weekly labor productivity reports and analysis.Provide solutions for continuous improvement in productivity and operating results.Perform standard costing analysis, calculation, and release for Herentals and Pisa sites (daily activities).Conduct standard costing analysis for the global standard cost roll.Assist in the preparation of capital expenditure requests and monitor open requests to ensure timely project completion.Review capital expenditure processes and physical asset counts.Drive inventory control processes to ensure accuracy through cycle counting and E&O reviews.Implement forecast activities within SAP (quarterly process).Manage monthly after-closing activities (Swissco split by plant and BU for Plant Scorecard purposes).Perform ad hoc analysis at the request of management levels.EDUCATION and EXPERIENCE :BS/BA degree in Accounting or Finance; MBA or CPA/CMA preferred.Strong knowledge of Excel; familiarity with PowerPoint, SAP, Microsoft Teams, Power BI is a plus.Solid interest and aptitude for complex analytical work and creative thinking.Ability to communicate effectively with personnel at all organizational levels and establish sound relationships with subordinates, co-workers, executives, and field finance personnel.Strong work ethic and personal responsibility for work outcomes.
