Every day, we impact millions of lives by changing how people see the world.ENVISION YOUR FUTURE JOBWe are seeking a young, motivated, curious, and enterprising talent to join us at our plant in Sedico (BL).The Manufacturing Engineering Logistics Flow Engineer is responsible for designing, implementing, and reviewing procedures and equipment involved in the manufacturing process. Responsibilities include researching automation techniques, testing new systems for efficiency, and planning factory layouts to optimize production.As a Manufacturing Engineering Logistics Flow Engineer, you will apply your knowledge of science and math to develop the most streamlined and efficient methods for components and parts distribution. You will handle inventory, process orders, plan warehouse and material flow layouts, and help define and design material flow infrastructure to maximize transportation and reduce indirect costs.Some of your key responsibilities will include:Ensuring manufacturing processes comply with all government laws and regulations.Analyzing production processes, schedules, methods, and data to provide reports that help business leaders understand future requirements (e.g., process measurement such as OEE, capabilities, cycle time, balancing, desaturation).Reviewing and calculating labor, material, and other production costs, along with schedules and future production needs to support management decisions.Analyzing and planning workflow, equipment placement, and space requirements to improve efficiency.Tracking projects, benchmarking, and standardizing and optimizing processes.PORTRAIT OF A PERFECT CANDIDATEYou see solutions, not problems.You love challenges and take your responsibilities seriously.You hold a degree in Engineering.You have at least 2-3 years of experience in complex environments with similar roles, such as Manufacturing Engineer, Process Engineer, or Continuous Improvement Engineer.You possess knowledge of Lean and Six Sigma methodologies.You can establish and maintain excellent relationships.You are capable of working under pressure, managing multiple tasks simultaneously, and delivering on time.You are oriented toward digitalization and information technologies.You are flexible and adaptable in a constantly changing environment.
