Don’t miss the chance to shape your #FutureInSight with us!Your roleStudy mass production plating and painting equipment;Learn key factors of painting processes;Support production output and industrialization process.Plan and support maintenance execution on key machines (DURR);Run test for quality improvement;Analyze production processes, schedules, methods, and other data and then provide business leaders with reports containing the data and statistics to enable them to better understand future requirements needed for the manufacturing process.Process measurement (OEE, capabilities, cycle time, balancing, desaturation)Benchmarking with other surface treatment technologies inside Essilorluxottica;Learn and support painting department’s automation processes.Main requirements:You have a Degree in Chemical or Materials EngineeringYou have strong Project Management skills.You have good knowledge of Ms Office (in particular Excel and Power Point)You are a flexible person, able to adapt in a contest of constant changeYou have strong facilitation and communication skillsYou love challenges and you take your responsibility seriouslyYou are looking for a shopfloor experience and you give your best when you work in teamYou are searching for learning by doing experienceOur Diversity, Equity and Inclusion commitmentWe are committed to creating an inclusive environment for all employees.
