You’ll play a key role in our manufacturing plan, coordinating and expediting the flow of materials. You will plan and schedule according to production needs using your in-depth knowledge of concepts, methods and procedures.As a Short Term Planner you are responsible for :Translate demand into production plans ensuring they are delivered to meet internal customer requirementsEstablish the planning and delivery processes ensuring they are aligned with customer deliverables.Participating in weekly production meetings to share information with internal customers and stakeholdersTrack Shop and Suppliers short term plan verifying consistency against Master Schedule and Long-medium term planning cycle time, internal shop and supplier capacity, hardware / tooling availability, and status to schedulesWorking within our ERP system (Oracle) to identify material requirements, analyse supply and optimise Inventory levelOverseeing cross-functional teams to resolve bottlenecks, materials shortages, machine maintenance, manpower issues and shop capacityUnderstand and track key deliverables (OTD / VTC, SMI, inventory turns, WIP aging);Show your passionTo be successful in this role, you will :Have a bachelor’s degree in STEM Subject.Have the ability to analyze problems to fulfill the plan and work with the other functions to solve themBe fluent in Italian and EnglishHave EU Work PermitHave the ability to work in a global environmentBe multitask approach and change agent attitudeHave a self-starter attitude as well as positive, courageous and collaborative approachHave a critical approach
