For our site in Pergine Valsugana (TN) we're searching for a qualified and resourceful MANUFACTURING ENGINEER.
MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES

Define processes, times, methods for new or existing production
Design tooling, fixtures, masking
Define cost estimation for new products
Provide support and primary contact to customers for any technical aspects
Provide support to production dept. from the technical stand point
Support innovation and continuous improvements

EDUCATION AND / OR EXPERIENCE

Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Physics or any related fields
2-3 years in a similar position (preferable)

SKILLS

Team-oriented, with proven collaboration skills.
Excellent written and verbal communication Must be able to interact effectively with customers, production personnel, and technical managers at all levels.
Excellent command of English (both written and spoken)
Experience with ERP platforms, including modules for Quality, Bill of Materials, and Workflow Routing, is preferred.
Ability to read, analyze, and interpret blueprints and technical specifications. Proficient in writing and interpreting technical procedures and documentation. Solid understanding of precision measuring devices and measurement techniques for component inspection.
ability to maintain high standards of quality and productivity. Must be self-motivated, detail-oriented, and capable of managing multiple tasks simultaneously.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and Microsoft Project. Experience with SAP or other ERP systems is a plus.
Familiarity with 3D CAD design; experience with SolidWorks is preferred.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify discrepancies and ensure accuracy in all tasks.

POSITION TYPE / EXPECTED HOURS OF WORK
This is a full-time position, Monday through Friday 8am to 5pm, with additional hours as business needs necessitate.
TRAVEL
Occasional overseas and domestic travel may be required to support the rapid growth of the company.
