As a Manufacturing Engineer, you will play a key role in driving continuous improvement by analyzing production processes, solving technical issues, and supporting the production team to improve efficiency, reduce downtime, and ensure consistent product quality.This role is based in Legnago and reports directly to Manufacturing Engineering Manager.About the job:Collaborate with manufacturing and operations teams to identify and resolve process-related production issues, minimizing downtimeAnalyze errors and deviations in the production process and implement effective solutions to resolve themPrepare technical reports, update work instructions and technical documentationEnsure compliance with safety, quality, and regulatory standardsCommunicate improvement opportunities to higher management and support implementationStay up to date with new technologies to enhance manufacturing processesSupport the Purchasing Department in the technical analysis of supplier proposals and play a key role in driving final decisionsAbout you:Bachelor’s or master’s degree in Electronics, Mechatronics Engineering or related field3+ years of experience in a manufacturing engineering or similar roleExperience working in an electronics manufacturing company preferredUnderstanding of Programmable Logic Control (PLC) systems is a plusGood English communication skills (verbal and written)Strong time management and problem-solving skillsDetail-oriented with strong organizational skills, able to thrive in a fast-paced, multicultural environmentOpen-minded and proactive in bringing new ideas and solutions to improve processesLittelfuse strives to empower associate growth and development in a culture of ongoing collaboration and respect for diverse global perspectives and expertise.
