OverviewRandstad Professional's Finance, HR & Legal division, which specializes in searching for and selecting Middle and Senior Management profiles, is looking for a Manufacturing Controller for a Luxury Company.ResponsibilitiesMonitor and track the Ateliers performances through the main manufacturing KPIsLead manufacturing controlling projects related to the production area (6 production sites) and play an important role in digitalization process in industrial controllingAct as business partner : collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and maintain accurate and industrial budgets and forecastsSupport the Senior Manufacturing Controller on SAP product costing project, providing detailed cost analysis on jewelry and silver production and creating a common guidelineMonitor production progress, in order to maximize product availability and on-time deliveryFollow production costs, margin analysis, products cost analysis, stock / inventory activities. Share and explain the monthly results to the manufacturing organizationDevelop a close and proactive collaboration with all the industrial departmentsQualificationsStrong knowledge in SAP S4 / H specifically in the sub-modules related to the Manufacturing Controlling (SAP module CO / FI / PP / MM)Microsoft Office Suite mandatoryFluent both in Italian and in English. French would be a pluscross-functional & multi-cultural teams
