If you seek a fast-paced, dynamic environment and enjoy solving difficult problems with high impact, this role is an ideal next step.To be successful you need to be highly motivated and detail oriented while showing the highest standards of execution.Expected Working HoursDays: 6 am - 4:30 pm (Sun-Wed OR Wed-Sat)Nights: 5 pm - 3:30 am (Sun-Wed OR Wed-Sat)ResponsibilitiesFollow work instructions and safety proceduresAssemble and test with attention to detail an assortment of LRUs, electrical-mechanical assemblies, avionics, or other complex aerospace buildsParticipate in process improvements, maintain floor stock inventoryIndependently execute and prioritize work to meet company deliverablesExecute test procedures for component and system level testing maintenanceChampion safety requirements in all designated zones and work locationsEnsure lab equipment is maintained and calibratedSupport some preventative maintenance activities on test equipment and data acquisition systemsReceive shipments and coordinate deliveries with recipients (Using pallet jacks, kit carts, etc)Contribute to improving SOPs and safety proceduresCandidates must be 18 years or older with the ability to understand and adhere to all job requirements and safety guidelines.Compensation and Benefits (Washington State)The starting pay for this role in Washington State is up to $37.00/hour and employees are eligible for incremental raises based on tenure. A full range of medical, financial, and/or other benefits are provided. This information is provided per the Washington State Pay Transparency Act. Base pay information is based on market location. The base pay for this position ranges from $70,720/year in our lowest geographic market up to $76,960/year in our highest geographic market.
