Key responsibilities

Drive technical architecture decisions for large‑scale robotics systems
Develop technical roadmaps aligned with business objectives
Manage project deliverables, timelines, and resource allocation
Partner with Product, IT, Software, and Hardware teams to define requirements
Mentor and develop engineering talent
Travel up to 80% is required.

About the team: The manager leads a team of 6 engineers who will support and manage the projects independently. The team is located in EU but has a global impact.
Basic qualifications

Systems architecture and design
Robot Operating System (ROS)
CI/CD pipelines
Cloud infrastructure (AWS)
Performance optimization
Real‑time systems
Lead an international team

Preferred qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Robotics, or related field
5+ years of engineering management experience
Deep understanding of distributed systems and robotics
Track record of delivering large‑scale technical projects
The role is a deployment that requires more deployment experience at construction sites as software development experience.
