Additionally, Jelly Belly, known world-wide for its confections, was acquired in November of 2023.Manager, Learning Experience & InnovationWork Location: ChicagoDue to the highly interactive and team-based nature of this role, in-person attendance for most of the workweek (i.e., 3 days or more) is essential for: effective communication including during in-person meetings, strong supervision, real-time problem-solving, and participation in cross-functional initiatives.Want to make an impact?The Manager, Learning & Innovation will lead the design and delivery of modern, engaging and scalable digital learning experiences.Ways you will make a differenceLearning Experience DesignDesigning impactful learning experiences by applying adult learning theory and instructional design best-practices to create modern learning programsBuild and maintain scalable content libraries, including learner journeys, certification programs, videos, and assessmentsServe as the learner’s advocate, ensuring content is relevant, accessible, and engagingMeasure and analyze the impact of learning programs using performance metrics and feedback loopsResearch emerging AI and learning technologies, bringing innovative ideas into instructional design and enablementLMS AdministrationAdminister and maintain the SuccessFactors LMS, ensuring it is up-to-date, secure, and accessibleManage user accounts, permissions, and rolesTroubleshoot and resolve system issues in collaboration with IT and SuccessFactors support teamsContent Management: upload, test, and manage learning content, courses, and other educational materialsEnsure content complies with organizational and industry standards and legal requirementsGenerate and distribute regular reports on course participation, completion rates, and other key metricsAnalyze data to identify trends and support decision-making for learning strategiesProvide technical support to users, addressing inquiries and resolving issues related to the LMSDevelop and deliver training sessions and materials to help users effectively navigate the systemIdentify opportunities for system improvements and enhancements between platforms (LMS, Percipio, Alchemy, etc.)Test new features and functionality as they are released, ensuring they meet organizational needsMaintain thorough documentation of system processes and procedures.
