Manager Intra Logistic (m/f/d) – Alpitronic

Your Responsibilities
Control and monitoring of logistics processes at production sites from goods receipt to shipping according to lean logistics principles (e.g., JIS, JIT, Line Back Planning)
Ensuring material availability for the production site, in designated KANBAN racks and guaranteeing smooth operations
Participation in the introduction of new logistics processes at the site
Continuous improvement of site‑specific intralogistics processes in collaboration with logistics planning and process planning departments
Collaboration with the Quality department on quality issues
Ensuring proper storage and transport of goods, especially sensitive items such as circuit boards
Implementation and optimization of the lean logistics philosophy
Monitoring compliance with rules of conduct regarding working and break times, order & cleanliness, etc.
Your Qualifications & Skills
Degree in Industrial Engineering, Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or related field
Several years of experience in logistics, supply chain, or operations management
Knowledge of process management and operational logistics
Proficient use of MS Office, especially Excel, and experience with ERP and BI systems
Structured, independent working style with strong team spirit, adaptability, and attention to detail
Proven problem‑solving and analytical thinking
Language skills: fluent in English and Italian, knowledge of German is advantageous
