Specifically, when you join the Financial Tax team, your responsibilities will include:

Analyzing issues related to direct taxation in Italy and advising companies in the banking, financial, and insurance sectors;
Providing opinions on international tax matters such as CFCs, blacklists, permanent establishments, and withholding tax;
Analyzing taxation of corporate finance transactions like mergers, demergers, and contributions;
Handling tax litigation;
Ensuring tax compliance;
Applying VAT to financial transactions;
Taxation of financial returns.

Come As You Are - Your Skills and Characteristics
This opportunity is ideal if you possess:

At least 7 years of professional experience in leading firms;
Certification as a chartered accountant or lawyer;
A master’s degree in economics and/or law;
Excellent command of English;
Strong interpersonal and teamwork skills;
Organizational skills, initiative, and problem-solving abilities;
A flexible and dynamic approach.
