Role OverviewWe are looking for a Senior Specialist – Business Finance to join our Planning team. In this role, you will be responsible for medium- to long-term financial planning, working closely with the Marketing team to define strategic goals and operational actions. This position requires strong analytical skills and strategic thinking, aimed at supporting business decisions through financial and operational insights.Key Responsibilities:Financial Planning: Design, develop, and execute financial plans aligned with corporate objectivesAnalysis: Interpret financial and operational data to generate actionable insights for decision-makingStakeholder Collaboration: Partner with senior stakeholders across Marketing, Finance, and Strategy on strategic initiatives and complex financial decisionsQualifications:Advanced proficiency in Excel and financial analysis toolsFamiliarity with ERP systems and budgeting/planning toolsAbility to interpret KPIs and operational metricsStrong analytical and problem-solving skillsCollaborative mindset with cross-functional teamsExcellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage effectively with senior stakeholdersThe role does not include direct team management responsibilities.
