Among other things, the beauty of the picturesque villages of Chianti, only a few kilometres away, will bind you forever to this Italian region full of light.The Maître - in agreement and under the supervision of the F&B Manager - is responsible for:Coordinating and organizing the Restaurant Team and working at Breakfast and LunchRecording orders, taking care of the guest, and paying attention to detailsSupporting the area responsibilities on daily organizational needsPreparing the room for all the requested servicesHaving excellent knowledge of Italian and English; knowledge of a third language is appreciatedHaving a good knowledge of winesHaving a good knowledge of EtiquettePossessing at least two years' experience in the same role gained in starred restaurants, R&C, and/or 4/5* hotelsDemonstrating communication and management skills, customer orientation, and team workingHolding HACCP and FIRE PREVENTION certificationsPlacement expected from May 2025, with a seasonal contract and the possibility of conversion to a permanent contract for the 2026 seasonOffering flat-rate tourism CCNL and an annual production bonusFull-time availability from Monday to Sunday with one day off during the seasonProviding board and lodging with another Head of Service (single room)Utilities covered at company expenses with a ceilingProviding internal training at both management and procedural levelsOffering training on the Relais & Chateaux world and quality assessment, main current regulationsProviding healthcare assistance and support with a company doctorParticipating in the Company Total Quality ProgramPossibility of travel for specific trainingAccess to hotel services in compliance with company policy with exclusive discounts
