Key Responsibilities

Offer exceptional service, ensuring a high level of guest satisfaction.
Utilize strong sales skills with the ability to upsell and enhance guest experiences.

Team Training & Compliance

Train front-of-house staff on wine knowledge, proper service techniques, and pairing recommendations.
Ensure compliance with all local and national alcohol laws and regulations.

Qualifications

Previous experience as a Maître in a luxury hotel or fine dining environment.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Advanced English level (B2+).
