A luxury hotel group in Portofino is seeking an experienced Maitre for their Pool Grill Restaurant for the spring/summer season of 2026. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 3 years of experience in the luxury hotel industry, speak fluent English and Italian, and possess exceptional customer service skills. This role requires managing dining room operations and ensuring impeccable guest service. Seasonal labor contract with benefits and a gross monthly salary of €2,200.
