We offer a community where every employee can make a personal impact on the hospitality industry.About Aethos MonterosaAethos Monterosa is a 30‑room, five‑star luxury resort located in the Aosta Valley below the Monte Rosa and Cervino glaciers. The resort features two F&B outlets, a SPA, and its own climbing and ice climbing wall. We are currently on a pre‑winter season break and are seeking a new team that will uphold our high standards of service when we reopen.ResponsibilitiesService Leadership – Orchestrate the dining service with elegance, precision, and confidence. Greet guests warmly, ensure every table is attended with care, and maintain the seamless flow of the restaurant floor.Guest Experience Excellence – Anticipate needs, recognize returning guests, and personalize interactions to reflect true hospitality. Recommend dishes, resolve concerns gracefully, and leave a lasting impression on every encounter.Team Coordination – Supervise waitstaff, assign stations, and brief the team before each service to align standards and expectations. Coach team members in service etiquette, upselling techniques, and guest engagement.Operational Flow – Manage the dining room’s pace, ensuring smooth communication with the kitchen, timely service, and an organized floor setup. Maintain calm control and ensure everything runs to perfection.Quality & Standards – Uphold brand service rituals, presentation standards, and guest service protocols. Monitor guest feedback, maintain cleanliness and ambiance, and reflect the brand’s values in every shift.Collaboration & Communication – Coordinate with the Restaurant Manager and Executive Chef to align service flow, special requests, and event requirements. Translate the restaurant’s vision into flawless execution.Training & Development – Support ongoing training sessions, mentor new hires, and contribute to a strong service culture that combines technical skill with emotional intelligence.Core CompetenciesFluent in English and Italian – both written and spoken.Previous experience in a high‑end hotel or similar environment.At least 2 years of experience in the hospitality sector.Passion for hospitality, food & beverage, and delivering top‑level guest experiences.Proven leadership in roles such as Chef de Partie, Supervisor, or Assistant Manager.Strong organizational and time‑management skills.A refined eye for detail, service style, and presentation.Solid understanding of food safety, hygiene protocols, and service standards.Stamina and resilience to handle demanding service hours.A collaborative mindset – lead the team while being part of it.What We OfferProfessional development and training opportunities, with possibilities for growth within the Aethos brand.Special rates on stays and services at our hotels.ApplicationApplications must be submitted in English.
