They are detail-oriented, efficient, quick learners, and enjoy hands-on work. This role is ideal for someone who prefers being active over desk work.Responsibilities include:Performing maintenance and repairs in guest spaces, including troubleshooting plumbing, electrical, HVAC, and structural issues.Conducting regular maintenance on HVAC, electrical, and plumbing systems.Carrying out handyman repairs with high-quality finishes, such as fixing furniture, doors, and windows.Adhering to safety and regulatory guidelines, including OSHA and ADA standards.Maintaining organized work areas and documenting project details.Supporting third-party contractors and supervising their work.Conducting walkthroughs and maintenance checks of apartments.Traveling between properties as needed and supporting hospitality operations, including guest issue resolution and property onboarding.Qualifications:Experience in operations or maintenance.High school diploma or equivalent.Skills in trades such as HVAC, electrical, or carpentry; certifications are a plus.Attention to detail and problem-solving skills.Professional demeanor and ability to build positive relationships.Comfort with technology and mobile apps; knowledgeable in Google Suite.Physical ability to lift items and stand/walk for extended periods.Background in construction, hospitality, or operations is advantageous.Flexible schedule, including weekends, and willingness to travel between properties.We offer benefits including competitive pay, stock options, health insurance, flexible vacations, free stay credits, and a dynamic work environment.
