Dematic is looking for a Maintenance Team Lead, to be hired with a permanent contract, for its premises in Cesena. He / she will be working leading a group of people in order to manage and to control all the resident customer service activities at our Customer Distribution Center in San Vittore di Cesena.What we offer :Pay TransparencyLearn More Here :Tasks and Qualifications :The Maintenance Team Lead will :Manage the start-up phase of the project with an agile approachCoordinate a Maintenance team of over 13 workers together with the Site ManagerPlan and coordinate all on-site activities (preventive / corrective maintenance, spare parts warehouse management, workshop and repair activities) with the Site ManagerDesign processes according to the service contract agreement with the Site ManagerAttend scheduled meetings (daily, weekly, monthly, annual) with internal/external stakeholdersDraft minutes of meetings and site task reportsBe a key player for the Customer and Dematic stakeholdersManage and prioritize service activities to minimize impact on the customer’s businessWork with the resident team to ensure full system availability under the service contract obligationsCollaborate with other departments and continuously interact with the team on-sitePerform periodic KPI analysis and prepare reports on service activitiesEnsure a safe, secure, and clean environment while delivering the project within contractual obligationsMaintain quality control and compliance proceduresReport directly to the Site ManagerWho we are looking for :Interest in logistics supply chain and industrial automation sectorsExperience in electrical, mechanical, and software engineeringAt least 3-5 years of experience in material handling environments, e.g., highly automated production plantsPrevious experience as Operation Supervisor / Site Supervisor / Site Manager or similar rolesExperience in a key role within a complex organizationBachelor’s Degree or Technical diploma in Mechanical, Electrical, or related studiesProficiency in Italian and English, both written and spokenWhat we further offer :An international environment valuing curiosity and proactivityOpportunities to experience other countries and culturesFast-growing companyCompany-paid mealsPersonal computer and smartphoneA permanent contractDematic values diversity and guarantees equal opportunities.
