Main Press Centre Private Office Manager - Fixed term contract (Temporary)Fondazione Milano Cortina 2026 is seeking a Main Press Centre Private Office Manager to oversee the allocation, setup and management of private office spaces within the MPC. The role involves coordinating with media representatives, managing bookings, and working closely with facility teams and IT services to ensure offices are equipped and maintained to high operational standards. Strong organizational skills, problem-solving abilities, and excellent communication are essential. This is a Games-time role requiring a shift-based schedule, including evenings and weekends.ResponsibilitiesManage and oversee the allocation and setup process of private offices within the MPCCoordinate with facilities and IT teams to ensure all office spaces are fully equipped and operationalAct as the primary liaison for media organizations, addressing office space needs, special requests, and logistical inquiriesSupervise the setup and maintenance of private offices, ensuring a high standard of serviceAddress and resolve any issues or requests from media tenants promptly and efficientlyCoordinate closely with MPC Manager and Deputy Manager as well as other key MPC Managers to ensure smooth cross-functional collaborationSubmit daily reports to the Main Press Centre ManagerRequirementsAbility to develop and maintain strong working relationshipsExcellent attention to detail and commitment to follow through on issues and actionsAbility to deliver to high standards under pressure with a proactive attitudeStrong communication skillsRespect of policies and proceduresExtensive experience in Media Operations and/or Venue ManagementExperience in delivering media operations at international sports events, preferably in previous Olympic GamesExperience in team managementGood understanding of the needs of media working at major international sport eventsExcellent written and spoken English; fluency in Italian is an advantageIT-experienced, knowledge of usual office software and InternetBachelor’s degree or equivalentOther informationFondazione Milano Cortina 2026 is committed to building an inclusive and diversified working environment, guaranteeing equal opportunities for all workers (L.903/77) and promoting the integration of persons with disabilities (L.68/99).Seniority levelMid-Senior levelEmployment typeFull-timeJob functionConsultingIndustriesMedia and Telecommunications
