Magfi Project Manager – Full Teleworking (Portugal, Spain, Italy, Greece, Cyprus)

First established by Filippo Giancarlo Martinelli (MBA, EngD, MSc) in Q1 2020 in the Republic of Malta, Magfi leverages its advisors’ cumulative experience at the interface between management consulting, fundraising and sales within a number of deeptech fields. WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR
We are looking for a person with experience or interest in the business/consultancy world, capable to project manage the implementation of the current and envisioned Magfi’s B2G (EU funded) projects as well B2B projects.
The collaboration format will be a client‑supplier relation with the envisioned Project Manager working as self‑employed person (either currently working as such or able to become one) and refer to as “Magfi Project Manager” (Advisor level) or “Magfi Project Assistant” (Analyst level) depending on prior experience and seniority.
Responsibilities
Coordinate with other Magfi team members (Analysts, Advisors, Directors) for the implementation and delivery of project activities and outputs.
Monitor and ensure the correct and timely execution of projects, as well as identify risks and opportunities.
Interact with Magfi clients and Magfi partners, including joining online and in‑person meetings when necessary.
Support Magfi’s content experts with reporting activities, including technical and financial reporting.
Support in the delivery of business intelligence and/or marketing activities as per need, opportunity and capability.
Relevant Profile
Master degree in economics/business and/or legal/procurement (other degrees also admissible).
Previous experience in project management preferred for the Analyst‑level but required for the Advisor‑level.
Full professional knowledge of the English language both written and oral.
Good organizational skills, strong commitment to deadlines, proactiveness.
Willingness to work remotely full time, with occasional travels towards clients/partners premises.
