No experience is needed — we provide full on-the-job training on 1st shift to set you up for success.????️ What You’ll Do:Operate and clean production equipment in a regulated (cGMP) environmentPrepare coating solutions and formulas following detailed written instructions and SOPsMeasure ingredients and calculate yields with accuracy and attention to detailMonitor process conditions and report any deviations immediatelyLabel containers with correct content, lot number, and weight informationMaintain production records and verify tasks performed by team membersTransfer products from bulk packaging into final shipping containersPerform additional duties as assigned✅ What We’re Looking For:Ability to follow written procedures and safety guidelinesStrong attention to detail and basic math skillsWillingness to learn and grow in a manufacturing environmentDependable team player with good communication skillsComfortable working in a physical role that requires standing, lifting, and manual tasks????
