M&A associate (Legal) at Bending Spoons

Responsibilities
Lead cross-border acquisitions in partnership with Accounting, Finance, and Business Acquisitions teams, conducting due diligence, analyzing transaction documents, and following post‑close integrations.
Collaborate with outside counsel to assist with corporate reorganizations and governance matters following acquisitions in Italy and abroad.
Negotiate, draft, and review primary and ancillary transaction documents, including NDAs, LOIs, APAs, and SPAs.
Seek out new opportunities to unlock value for the company and address business needs by staying up to date on all relevant legal and regulatory developments.
