Borgo Lifestyle Group is a dynamic and rapidly growing enterprise with a strong international presence in the luxury lifestyle industry.Based in Florence, we are a collection of luxury lifestyle companies including a 5-star boutique hotel, Michelin star restaurants, a custom yacht, construction company, and luxury skincare line.We are seeking a creative and strategic Marketing Director who is passionate about lifestyle, fashion, and luxury. This individual will be responsible for leading multi-channel marketing programs and developing innovative marketing strategies and initiatives.Main responsibilities :Develop and implement all marketing plans in collaboration with senior management.Create a strong brand message and identity across all channels (events, newsletter, web pages, and social media).Ensure the implementation of effective marketing strategies.Responsible for building and delivering marketing campaigns, ensuring key messages are consistently delivered.Analyse performances of marketing campaigns.Manage annual budget for the department.Set and monitor team's objectives, priorities, and goals.Actively participate in the recruitment and training activities of the marketing department.Conduct strategic marketing analysis and reporting.Develop and implement marketing plans and strategies, product concepts, and promotional programmes to drive interest and sales.Manage PR activities, brief press and PR team about new products and ensure positive feedback.Oversee social media planning and execution.Collaborate with managers across all departments to create innovative marketing and branding strategies.Monitor, review, and report on all marketing activities and results.Manage relationships and collaborations with agencies and external partners.Attend meetings, marketing events, and conferences.Identify new business opportunities and new product introduction.Develop promotions with advertising team.Analyse market trends and competitors.Candidate profile :Bachelor's or Master's degree in marketing or relevant field.At least 5 years' work experience in the marketing field with at least 3 years in a management role.Previous experience in hospitality and lifestyle sector is mandatory.Fluent level of both spoken and written English is required; good level of both spoken and written Italian is requested. Any additional language spoken is a plus.Experience and proof of running successful marketing campaigns.Exceptional managerial and leadership skills.Strategic and analytical thinking, and problem-solving abilities.Superior interpersonal, time management, and organisational skills.Excellent communication and presentation skills.Deep knowledge of Web Analytics, CMS software, social media, and Google Adwords.Comprehensive knowledge of business and brand management.What we offer :A dynamic work environment.Work in an international and multicultural context.Key details include :Full-time contract, open-endedLocation : Florence city centre, Italy
